6530 and 6330 are Videojet DataFlex ®  Two new products in the Thermal Transfer Printing (TTO) series are designed to help you improve production and operational efficiency. These two TTO heat transfer printers from Weidijie adopt innovative technology to further extend the normal operation time of the printers, while reducing quality inspection time, waste, and rework, thereby improving production, quality, and efficiency.

6530 and 6330 TTO heat transfer printers use iAssureTM built-in coding quality checker, with fewer vulnerable parts and Intelligent Motion ™  Intelligent technology does not require the use of compressed air, fully electronic operation, and can quickly replace ribbon cartridges. The automatic ribbon coding machine provides the advantage of prolonging the normal operation time of the coding machine as much as possible.

The DataMlex 6330 is a medium speed TTO heat transfer coding machine with a printing speed of 250 packs/minute *. We offer two printing widths, 32mm and 53mm, to achieve a better combination of print head and ribbon width, providing a cost-effective solution for your application.

The DataMlex 6530 is a high-speed TTO heat transfer coding machine that can extend the normal operation time of the coding machine, while reducing quality inspection time, waste, and rework, thereby improving production and operational efficiency. Provide two printing widths, 53 millimeters (using iAssure) ™  Technology and industry innovation of 107mm gas free source to meet your specific application needs.

The 6530 is designed for vertical molding, filling, sealing and other applications, with a printing speed of 1000 millimeters per second and a production efficiency of 700 packages per minute*
