How is the "normal shutdown" of the inkjet printer operated?

Dot matrix inkjet is a continuous ink supply. In the process of ink line spraying, ink always exists in the nozzle and the recycling pipeline. After shutdown, if there is still residual ink, because it is quick dry ink, it will dry up in a short time, blocking the nozzle channel and recovery pipeline. When the machine is turned on next time, it will lead to no ink line, spraying is not allowed to be straight, charging fault, no recovery and other faults, so that the printer can not be used normally. Therefore, the general dot matrix inkjet printer is equipped with the automatic cleaning function. When "normal shutdown", start this program, first suck back the residual ink in the spray cavity and recovery pipeline into the ink tank, then make a certain amount of solvent to wash the pipeline, and then suck back into the ink tank, the whole process will last for more than three minutes.

"Fast shutdown" refers to a shutdown procedure adopted by the inkjet printer to restart the spraying in a short time (30 minutes) after stopping the spraying. This procedure only sucks back the residual ink and has no solvent washing function. "Fast shutdown" is generally used for maintenance, which is designed to avoid too much solvent entering into the ink tank and resulting in low ink viscosity when the machine is repeatedly turned on and off.

Some customers' operators are too busy to rush off work and do not perform "normal shutdown" on the inkjet printer, so they may not be able to use it normally next time they start it. This is the most common situation in the use of inkjet printer.
