  I. electrical part

  II. Terminal crimping

  1. There is no compression between wire and terminal:

  Wires and terminals need to be pressed tightly to prevent the contact resistance between them from being too large. When a large current passes through, a large heat generator is formed at the contact place, so as to accelerate the rapid oxidation of the contact surface and further increase the contact resistance. In this case, the signal line will cause intermittent information. For the power circuit, the device and the whole control panel will be burned.

  Handling: after the terminal is pressed, pull it with appropriate force. In case of high-power power power circuit, use hydraulic pliers to select the current wire diameter mould and exchange it step by step until there is no gap between the terminal and the wire.

  2. The wire diameter is inconsistent with the terminal specification:

  When the line does not match the terminal, although we feel that the line can not be pulled out, the contact between the line and the terminal is point contact at this time, and the contact resistance is very large. It will still cause the above mentioned phenomena.

  Handling: in case of loose terminal or wire diameter inconsistent with the terminal, the wire connector must be folded back before pressing, increasing contact area and preventing loosening.

  3. The part where the terminal is inserted into the electrical appliance

  1. Insert the wire into the lower part of the terminal post of the miniature circuit breaker, and lock the terminal by tightening the bolt reversely. On the surface, it can be seen that the line has been firmly pressed on the circuit breaker. In fact, the terminal is still in virtual connection due to insufficient contact with the terminal pile of the circuit breaker.

  2. If the terminal is overturned or does not match with the wiring of electrical parts, the terminal end face cannot fully contact with the conductivity of the wiring of parts with more force.

  3. When the power circuit is connected, the color sleeve or wire code is inserted before, so as to directly press on the conductive part of the electrical part, causing the wire and the conductive part of the electrical part to be suspended and not fully contacted.

  4. When the terminal is connected to the electrical part, more than two wires shall be connected to the same part, and the wires shall be firmly connected to the electrical parts through surface inspection. In fact, the contact area of the conductor sandwiched in the middle part is reduced, such as heating.

  IV. fastening during wiring

  1. The bolt and nut are damaged and deformed. Do not use the vise to fasten or loosen the bolt and nut to prevent damage. Adjust the opening when using the adjustable spanner to prevent the bolt and nut from being damaged and deformed, which makes it difficult to disassemble.

  2. If it is found that it is difficult to disassemble the bolt and nut, do not act recklessly to prevent deformation and more difficult to disassemble. It should be knocked properly or added with screw loosening agent to disassemble later.

  3. The screwdriver and the screw slip. When fastening or loosening the screw with the screwdriver, the screwdriver must be forced to tighten the screw, and then tighten or loosen again to prevent the screwdriver and the screw from slipping, which will cause the screw damage and is not easy to disassemble.

  4. The tightening force of bolt and nut shall be moderate to prevent the bolt and nut from slipping due to excessive force.

  V. wiring

  During wiring operation, copper chips fall into important electrical appliances. At this time, we need to pay special attention to it, because when copper chips fall into electrical appliances, it is a major hidden danger that we can not see or detect.

  1. The direction of air inlet and exhaust of the cooling fan in the box is wrong. Because the electric control box has good sealing performance, the heat release of the heating elements in the box needs to be completed by the cooling fan. If the elements in the box are not exothermic for a long time, the overheating of the temperature in the box will affect the stability of the system.
